Tomorrow, I will participate in my first-ever 1/2 marathon relay. Jeremy will be running the first part, and I will bring it on home. Niether one of us wanted to cover the full meal deal, so this will be just a bit longer than a 10K.
I've rested for most of this week, after my legs told me I should.
John and I are carpooling to Peoria from Lincoln. After a health scare turned out to be a false alarm, John decided that he wanted to run the race. Unlike us, John will run the race...ALONE!
Rumor is, this will be a challenging course, and we will be running past dead people!
