This weekend, my running buddy, Jeremy is heading to Oregon. He's heading out for the USAT Age Group Nationals.
I know he's busted his arse, and I hope he has fun and swims, bikes and runs a strong race!
Hopefully, he will return from this trip with fond memories. Perhaps after the excitement wears off, he CAN GO GET A JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
