My running is going right on schedule. My monthly goal is 60 miles. I break that down to 15 miles per week.
I calculated up my miles, and it's scary how RIGHT ON my mileage is. I mean, I'm exactly where I need to be.
I have some races coming up, so I'm trying to increase my nightly runs by a little bit, so I can be ready for the distance.
