Of raining and running.

The weather in Central Illinois has been crazy. I can't remember when we've had so much rain so fast.

For me, the biggest culprit has been water in the basement. The poor sump pump just couldn't keep up with the rush of rainwater. Overall, we were very lucky. Many people had a lot more basement water, and flooded yards.

I think we dodged a bullet over the weekend and yesterday with the weather. I don't think we got nary a drop since I got home from work yesterday. That's fine with me.
